Q. Is this a recording studio?
A. Not necessarily. Any recording we do is simply to supplement our teaching. If you are looking for a recording studio feel free to contact us for advice.

Q. How long does it take to learn guitar?
A. This depends on the complexity of the music and the quality of your practice routine. As a beginner, there are nursery rhymes and elementary songs which can be learned in under an hour, whereas advanced students may spend up to a year preparing to perform certain concert level compositions.

Q. Do I have to practice?
A. Of course you have to practice! How much depends on your goal.Superstars play 6-10 hours a day. Beginners are advised to play at least 15 minutes every day (to develop muscle memory and reinforce the fundamental skills they’re learning) or they may just fizzle out.

Q. Will I have to play in a recital?
A. No, contrary to old-school mythology, one needs not perform in public to enjoy playing the guitar. You will be offered opportunities to perform in a variety of settings throughout the year. In the end, it’s up to you to follow through.

 

Q. Is it possible to hire live performers through your studio?
A. Yes. If you are planning a wedding or a private party live music helps create a perfect atmosphere. Whether you want a mellow jazz or classical soloist, duet, or quartet, or a wild and crazy dance band, we’ll help you find the right musicians. Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No, this creates additional fees which increase the cost of your lessons. Please make your payments by check or cash.
